The two major motoring organisations in the UK, the AA & RAC have both developed their own route planners.
Which you use is purely down to cosmetics and your own preferences. We have links to both below, try them out yourselves and see which you prefer. Both can be used when entering either postcodes or street names but the RAC route planner can also be used for finding the best route to an airport , station or ferry port. You also have the choice of choosing the fastest route (by road type) or shortest route (by distance).
